Major changes: - Added categories.txt with 43 categories from Windows app - Each category has: ENABLED, FILTER_MODE (hostlist/ipset/none), HOSTLIST_FILE, STRATEGY - Created 22+ new hostlist files for various services - Simplified config.sh to only basic settings - Fixed cmdline path sync between LogsFragment and zapret-start.sh
