sing-box 1.12 deprecated and 1.14 removes implicit domain resolution in dial fields. Managed/fallback DNS modes already inject route.default_domain_resolver (Android DNS), but FromJson with a profile DNS and a selected proxy did not, so such configs would be rejected once the core moves to 1.14 (as already happens on Windows). Keep a valid existing resolver, otherwise point the route default at the profile's own DNS (dns.final or the first server tag). Harmless on 1.13 too.
