- sing-udp-v8.patch и запись sing v0.8.12 удалены из манифеста UDP: ядро
собирается с sing v0.9.0-beta.4-extended-1.2.1; CORE_UDP_PATCH_SHA256,
тест отпечатка libbox и заморозка (Windows 0.8.33 / Android v0.5.8) обновлены,
libbox пересобран из тех же исходников.
- release-changes.txt: «прямая сеть мимо VPN» (e2d3b48) и чистка ядра.
