tests: сделать проверку нечитаемого пресета переносимой на Windows 
chmod(0o000) не делает файл нечитаемым в Windows, из-за чего релизный
dev-гейт на win10 падал. Отказ чтения теперь инжектируется моком, поэтому
тест ведёт себя одинаково на обеих платформах и по-прежнему краснеет,
если убрать защиту в list_preset_infos.
