Keep a pinned server when the link already disables validation 
A subscription of eight servers imported as seven: the last one carried
pinSHA256 and was refused because the pin covers the whole certificate while
sing-box pins only the public key.

That refusal protected nothing. The same link also carries insecure=1, so
certificate validation is already off and the pin adds nothing that could be
lost. Refusing it only took a working server away from the user. A pin without
insecure is a different matter — there it is the only authentication of the
server — and it is still refused.

The dropped pin is named in the subscription warnings instead of disappearing
silently, which is what the existing test asked for.
