Implement MTProxy compatibility recipe system with post-ClientHello diagnostics
Overhaul FakeTLS MTProxy resilience to distinguish post-ClientHello failures and validate SNI domains:
- Add diagnostic phases for TLS alerts, short responses, and unrecognized responses after ClientHello
- Implement post-ClientHello response classification with hex/record length logging
- Add SNI domain validation and sanitization in both native (C++) and Java layers
- Introduce working recipe level tracking to cache compatible configurations across endpoints
- Extend recipe levels to 4: no-fragment → compatibility profiles → quiet startup → exhaustion
- Update diagnostics to differentiate recipe failures from endpoint exhaustion (unsupported_for_current_client)
- Add longer backoff/hold periods for exhausted endpoints vs transient recipe failures
- Fix plugin system: prevent race on plugin replacement, clarify hook CANCEL vs pass-through semantics, fix TextCell subtitle recycling
- Update Pine dependency from 0.3.0 to 0.2.0 and add Chaquopy NDK ABI filter config
- Add MTProxy compatibility recipe guard script
