Add Tools/check_plugin_utils_javadoc.py — a static guard that verifies PluginUtils.java Javadoc comments are properly terminated and that the closing '*/' appears alone on its line (so the comment survives javac). Hook the check into .github/workflows/build-apk.yml and Tools/check_build_apk_workflow.py. Also fix a small Javadoc wording/capitalization in PluginUtils.java. |
