loop-uh 49f254be3e Remove SOCKS5-over-WSS; enhance plugin system 
Remove SOCKS5-over-WSS dual-proxy gateway functionality from WssTransport, simplifying the state machine by 11 states and 4 helper methods.

Enhance ConnectionSocket epoll error handling with socket error codes and immediate close.

Improve plugin system:
- Add plugin ID whitelist validation to prevent path traversal
- Support Double type in SharedPreferences via Chaquopy
- Handle UTF-8 BOM and escaped quotes in metadata parsing
- Add in-app review-and-install dialog for .plugin files
- Implement icon and accent color support in plugin settings UI

Reorganize settings: move free proxy catalog to dedicated FreeProxySettingsActivity screen.
