loop-uh 8ad76ceb26 Give PCH-dependent test targets the Telegram precompiled header 
test_bot_callback_state, test_mtproxy_client_hello and
test_mtproxy_tls_socket compile application sources that lean on
stdafx.h (rpl, ranges, scheme types), so without a PCH they stopped
compiling as those sources drifted. Attach the same stdafx.h, link
lib_ui where it was missing for the ui/styles includes, and pass
TDESKTOP_API_ID/TDESKTOP_API_HASH which config.h demands.
