loop-uh 548f924938 Track prepare.py extra Qt patches despite *.patch ignore rule 
The *.patch gitignore rule hid the new qtbase_6.11.1 extra patch from
the GPU commit, which would fail the CI qt_6.11.1 stage with
'Nothing found: patches_extra/qtbase_6.11.1/*.patch'.
