Details
Rename the openmls bridge's rust_eh_personality next to tlottie 
Both Rust static libraries carry a copy of std, and MSVC refuses the
duplicate unmangled rust_eh_personality lang item. windows-msvc unwinds
through __CxxFrameHandler3, so the bridge's copy is renamed after cargo
builds it.
