Fix mid-word wrapping in the text engine instead of in one caller ...
The previous attempt raised ReadableTextMinWidth in the article layout,
on the theory that article text was what wrapped mid-word. The dev
build disproved it: the broken texts in the log carry the direction
isolates the message renderer adds, so they were chat, and they never
touch that function. Nothing changed, so revert it.
The real fix belongs in lib_ui, where the threshold is read, and covers
every path at once — chat, articles, the editor and interface labels.
