loop-uh 7d427cee43 Add handshake gating and adaptive proxy policy 
Implement throttled handshake gate to stagger proxied connection attempts, preventing DPI detection through burst patterns. Add adaptive recipe engine to automatically adjust stealth options (JA4 profile, record sizing, timing, etc.) on connection failures. Support custom WSS relay endpoints with proper WebSocket protocol validation. Update proxy check to use the new gate mechanism with soft rate limiting.
