loop-uh 957a22b89c Add a default SOCKS5 proxy 127.0.0.1:1353 once 
On first run (or one-time upgrade) inject 127.0.0.1:1353 SOCKS5 into the proxy list; auto-select and enable it only when the list was empty. Tracked by a serialized _defaultProxyAdded flag so it is never re-scanned or re-added and never overrides existing proxies/selection.
