# Licensing and trademarks
|

|
|
## Project-owned material
|
|
|
|
Except for the third-party material described below, code and documentation in
|
|
this repository for which the project copyright holders have authority to grant
|
|
a license are licensed under the
|
|
[GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 only](LICENSE.md)
|
|
(`AGPL-3.0-only`).
|
|
|
|
Covered modified versions and covered combined works may not be conveyed under
|
|
proprietary or otherwise incompatible terms. Anyone conveying covered source or
|
|
object code must satisfy the corresponding-source and notice requirements of
|
|
the AGPL. Modified versions that support remote network interaction must also
|
|
offer their Corresponding Source as required by section 13. Private use that
|
|
does not trigger those requirements remains permitted by the AGPL.
|
|
|
|
Contributions intentionally submitted to this repository for inclusion in
|
|
project-owned material are offered under `AGPL-3.0-only` unless an accepted
|
|
contribution explicitly states compatible different terms.
|
|
|
|
This policy applies prospectively and does not purport to revoke rights validly
|
|
granted for earlier copies under earlier terms.
|
|
|
|
## Third-party material
|
|
|
|
This project does not relicense material owned by third parties. In particular:
|
|
|
|
- binaries and Lua files fetched from `bol-van/zapret2` remain subject solely to
|
|
the terms, notices, and permissions provided by their respective copyright
|
|
holders;
|
|
- Android/Gradle dependencies remain subject to their respective licenses;
|
|
- imported presets, lists, binary samples, fonts, icons, and other assets remain
|
|
subject to any notices or terms attached to those materials.
|
|
|
|
The AGPL grant applies to such material only if its copyright holder has
|
|
separately placed it under compatible terms. Nothing in this repository grants
|
|
rights that the project copyright holders do not own or control.
|
|
|
|
## Trademarks
|
|
|
|
The copyright license does not grant permission under trademark law, as allowed
|
|
by section 7(e) of the AGPL.
|
|
|
|
`Zapret2 Control` and original project-specific logos and icons are referred to
|
|
as the **Project Marks**. No permission is granted to use the Project Marks in a
|
|
way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or official status of
|
|
a modified or redistributed product. Applicable nominative and descriptive
|
|
uses are not restricted.
|
|
|
|
The names `zapret`, `zapret2`, `Magisk`, `Android`, `GitHub`, and all other
|
|
third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. This project
|
|
does not claim ownership of those marks.
|
