  Zapret KVN 0.3.12-test.3

  Emulator-only test build with honest, independent latency diagnostics.

  • Added Relay HTTPS measurement through each concrete sing-box outbound without
    changing selector history, selection, or active connections.

  • Added separate ICMP Echo RTT to every endpoint over Android's underlying network.

  • Added cancellable single-flight queues, separate progress, five-minute freshness,
    and stale-result protection across VPN sessions and network changes.

  • Singleton selectors are visible; nested groups are reported as unsupported and can
    be opened separately.

  • Rebuilt pinned libbox from the ordered, SHA-256-verified core patch manifest.

  • Not a Stable or Beta-updater release.

  • Not for F-Droid or Telegram distribution.

  • Tested emulator APIs: 36.

  • Automated test status: core-pass;jvm-pass;vpn-device-33-of-33;full-device-97-of-98;ordering-flake-passed-focused.

  • Physical Pixel/device verification remains open.
