  Zapret KVN 0.3.13-test.2

  Emulator-only architectural connectivity test build.

  • Serialized VPN lifecycle commands by connection generation, with bounded cleanup,
    stale-callback isolation, network-loss leases, and fail-close DNS/HTTPS health gates.

  • Added runtime-only bootstrap host overlays from fresh pre-VPN DNS without changing
    endpoint hostnames, TLS/Reality identity, HTTP Host, or stored profiles.

  • Added strict UDP DNS validation with TCP fallback, monotonic startup budgets, typed
    cancellation/failure causes, and diagnostic report schema v5.

  • Preserved supported transport fields through canonical imports and reject unsupported
    fields explicitly instead of dropping them silently.

  • Separated selector subscription and command clients, and restored package-name routing
    on Android 8/8.1 by mapping procfs socket owners through PackageManager.

  • Includes independent Relay HTTPS and ICMP latency diagnostics from the pinned core.

  • Not a Stable or Beta-updater release.

  • Not for F-Droid or Telegram distribution.

  • Tested emulator APIs: 26,29,36,37.

  • Automated test status: passed.

  • Physical Pixel/device verification remains open.
