    Add clipboard, file I/O, and plugin directory utilities to support community plugins. Bundle the requests library via Chaquopy so plugins can fetch data at runtime without needing their own pip install mechanism. Includes copy_to_clipboard(), get_plugins_dir(), write_file(), and read_file() helper functions.
