  Add MtProxyPhaseContract.h and extract secret-domain helpers into MtProxySecretDomain.{h,cpp}; update CMake and Connection* / MtProxyEndpointPolicy to use phase constants instead of string literals. Fix LogsActivity checkbox init order and sanitize Android string format placeholders in strings.xml. Add static guards Tools/check_android_string_format_contract.py and Tools/check_logs_activity_compile_contract.py and wire them into build-apk workflow and check scripts. Update many mtproxy check tools to honor the new contract and relocated helpers so static checks remain consistent with native changes.
