  Add relay-host fallback and automatic alternation when WSS relay connect fails; expose relayHostFallback on routes and default official route fallback to the domain. Store Sec-WebSocket-Key per-upgrade and validate Sec-WebSocket-Accept using SHA1+base64 (RFC 6455). Persist an initial default to enable official WSS on first run. Add plugin API improvements: hookAllMethods, runOnUiThread(delay) and multiple Python helper additions (android_utils, base_plugin, client_utils) to simplify controllers, UI threading, sending messages/requests. Includes updated pyc artifacts.
