  Complete borrowed RHI onscreen split for the VideoStream proxy

  The previous commit switched Viewport to the two-phase borrowed
  onscreen API but missed the VideoStream proxy methods the overlay
  calls, the BorrowedRhiDraw struct placement visible to it, and the
  viewport header include in the overlay renderer.
