  Consolidate duplicate proxy status and diagnostics code across HTTP, TCP, and resolving connections into a single ReportProxyEvent function. Add system DNS lookups as the first resolution attempt before falling back to DNS-over-HTTPS. Fix log rendering crashes by splitting large logs into separate Ui::Text::String objects. Make diagnostics thread-safe with crl::on_main.
