  Fills the remaining gaps in the release-visible MTP lifecycle log: the
  temporary key being assumed destroyed (the root event behind sessions
  that connect but never relay data), temporary key bind success/failure,
  and reconnect backoff. Adds a contract test so every declared Mtp phase
  is actually emitted and formatted.
